Summer Camps

Registration for the following camps will close two (2) weeks before the camp's start date:

Payment in full is required during registration to secure a spot in the program. Payment is available via electronic bank transfer (no processing fee) or credit card (small processing fee). 

Failure to complete payment during sign-up risks your spot being released to another student. (i.e. it is the payment that secures your spot in the system!)

All cancellations must be made at least three (3) weeks prior to the start of your scheduled camp week. Cancellations received less than three (3) weeks prior to the start of your scheduled camp week will not be eligible for a refund. This will allow us to fill the open spot with a student on the waitlist.

You are able to see the number of open spots for a summer camp. If a camp fills, you will also be able to add your child to the waitlist and see your place in the queue. If you add your child to the waitlist, you will not need to submit payment, unless a spot opens up. The office will be in touch if we are able to enroll your child at a future date.

Each child is eligible to receive a summer camp t-shirt. If your child would like one, you will be able to select a size when registering for the camps. You must be registered for a camp week by Friday, May 15 to receive a t-shirt. Campers will only receive one (1) t-shirt, regardless of the number of camps they attend.

An Aquinas summer camp release and liability waiver form must be submitted before participating in our summer camps. A link to the form will be sent by our school office to those enrolled in our summer camps. Students will not be permitted to attend a camp until the release and liability wavier is signed. You need only complete this once, regardless of the number of camps attending.
