CGS

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a faith formation approach that nurtures a deep, personal relationship with God in young children through a Montessori-based method. Students in Preschool through grade 2 have bi-weekly visits to our Atrium classroom.

Rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, CGS provides a rich, sensory environment where children encounter the Scriptures and liturgy in a way that speaks to their hearts. The program focuses on fostering a love for God, Jesus, and His Church through contemplative prayer, hands-on activities, and guided reflection. Centered around the image of the Good Shepherd, it invites children to listen to God’s voice, understand His love, and respond with joy, as they grow in faith and wisdom.
